connectFirst Credit Union has an agreement to build a 3,400-square foot branch in south Medicine Hat. The branch, expected to open in late 2022, will provide full-service personal banking and a drive-through ATM. The credit union currently has a commercial and ag lending office in Medicine Hat, but adding a physical branch and personal banking and investment advisory services is important says COO Wellington Holbrook in a Medicine Hat News article.
“We’re making a commitment to having expertise in Medicine Hat. We’ve done our research and we can bring a modern credit union to Hatters,” says Holbrook.
