Once again, Canada’s credit unions have been honored at the Ipsos Financial Service Excellence Awards, remaining as the top pick for customer service excellence. This marks the 19th consecutive year of taking home this prize for Canadian credit unions, who were chosen as the overall winners among all financial institutions in retail banking.
Canada’s credit unions proudly secured six Ipsos awards this year, noted below. These awards are a result of the hard work and dedication that goes into going above and beyond to provide the good neighbour experience and understand and support the financial hopes and dreams of members.
